Manchester United manager David Moyes has praised Wayne Rooney with some quotes on Monday.
“I think everyone could see the player he was going to become probably when he was a 12-13-year-old boy,if you look at his development from 16 to where he is now, he’s a phenomenal player." he told reporters.
“He’s in great form just now. He’s a bit of a talisman for the team just now. He’s playing well, he’s scoring us goals - he’s taking the fight to the opposition, so great credit to him. He’s got himself in really good physical and mental condition” Moyes added.
The reds' star has arrived to the Old Trafford at the age of 16, thanks to the transfer made by Sir Alex Ferguson, then manager of the club and David Moyes, who was manager of Everton.
